my many journals

Like many zinesters, I’m a journaler. A daily diarist, note-taker, recorder, and doodler. If I don’t write something down I tend to forget it, and while I rarely re-read my diaries, there’s just something about the act of writing that helps the memories gel. When I need to flesh out an idea, I find there’s no better way to brainstorm than putting ink to page and letting the idea expand.

Which is all just to say that I’ve got a pretty sizeable collection of journals that I work out of. Here’s a little tour behind-the-scenes…
