Ashley Hartman Annis is a full spectrum doula that shares their knowledge about reproduction and fertility through a series of gender-inclusive, trauma informed zines. In their own words, “making this information inclusive, safe, and accessible is important because many of us have been denied the reproductive / sexual resources we deserve” and I couldn’t agree more. Ashley sent me 5 minis on topics ranging from menstrual cycle hormones to preparing for a gynecologist appointment, and I am so impressed by how thorough, informative, and approachable each zine is. She takes care to explain each topic in depth and provides a list of links, books, zines, and podcast on the back of each zine for further exploration into these topics.
