Ugh, yikes. Here we go again: for the third time this month, I’m sitting down to try and write this blog post. And just like every other time, every failed attempt, I’m ending up here with a major case of writer’s block. Today’s post is a tutorial on making a mini zine holder out of paper, inspired by a Casio watch’s packaging. As zine fest season approaches and we all prepare to display our wares, print and fold your own DIY mini zine holder, and then share this with all your mini zine-making friends who could use a cheap, easy way to put their zines on display.

Every month, for over a year now, I’ve written a newsletter-style perzine that I share with subscribers, penpals, and friends. Creating each issue has become one of my favorite monthly rituals, and I’ve expanded the practice into creating a monthly minizine, too.
